Subscriptions
If you are not happy with our product, please visit Apple /Google Refund Policies on the links given below. You can use Subscription management to cancel the subscription any time , and it wont be charged next billing cycle onwards. There is no pro-rated refund for remaining days of the subscription. InApp Purchases
InApp purchases follow same Google/IOS Policies. For Google customers, If you see a technical issue that we can not resolve in five business days, then we will refund the purchase related to the issue in question. All refund requests should be made by providing video proof and screen shots the of the problem, Google Transaction id of the purchase and email address of the purchaser. Once refunded, you will not be able to purchase the feature again.
